Their name, brand and visual identity does just that. It identifies them as conscientious, committed, specialist bike experts and the sheer enjoyment of the cycling enthuisist, which their brand message expresses perfectly: Your cycle escape begins here…

The brand is clearly identitfiable emotes that true sense of movement in the brand and is combined with earthy finishes, bold colours and unique photographic treatment.

An icon of Balaclava since 1969, The Coffee Company redefined their brand with a new industrial inspired store by Studio Ginger. The brand took on a fresh approach to the retail coffee offer and started with a refinement of the existing logo and custom colour palette indicative of the era. A newly developed coffee identification system and in-store signage created a clearer, more definitive shopping experience. The custom illustration suite brings a unique life and personality to the store.

It has a strong connection to the owners’ heritage, passion for the outdoors and mission to deliver fast, convenient, healthy food. Trail maps, camping, hiking, picnics, American sports jerseys and Canadian landscapes inspired the overall brand aesthetic and emblematic style brand mark. Bespoke navigational devices were created and integrated with photography and the natural features of the ‘cabin’ style interiors.

This development stepped outside of the predominate Bayside locale BPM has become renowned for and therefore allowed for a fresh new marketing strategy and design direction. The concept leveraged off the core idea of engaging potential buyers into the Graphite story. It was imperative to market BPM in parallel to Graphite, so the tagline: Graphite; another inspired leap, this time north by BPM, was developed. From this, the full story unfolded into the visual conversation. The word Graphite featured within inverted commas became the key logo mark and is literally always incorporated into the title or text within. The project sold out within 3 months.

The Atrium Apartments was established after its namesake – the courtyard that is nestled in the centre of the building. The brand embraces the unique architecture; Specifically, the projecting roof of the building, which resonates closely to the adjacent station and is echoed in the angle of the ‘A’. The line work and warm earthy colour palette honours the linear lines created by the timber and creates strong appeal to predominantly owner / occupier market.
